LIVRAAH is a platform for paying-guest (PG) and hostel accommodation in India. One side of it helps people find a room they can trust; the other side gives PG owners the everyday tools that used to live in spreadsheets, notebooks and three different messaging apps.

Finding a PG
Search covers a city, an area or a PG name, and filters by monthly rent, sharing type and who the PG is meant for. Every listing shows the same facts in the same order — rent range, deposit, room types, amenities and free beds — so two PGs can be compared without calling either owner first.
Running a PG
Owners list a PG once and then run it from the same place: beds and occupancy, rent collection and receipts, resident requests, complaints and expenses. Availability is kept current from that same inventory, which is why the free-bed count on a listing is the owner's real count rather than a number typed in months ago.
How listings are verified
An owner submits the property details, the rooms and prices, photos and an identity proof. Our team reviews the submission before the PG is shown as verified in search, and a PG that fails review stays out of the results. Verification confirms the listing and the owner against what was submitted. It is not a safety audit of the building, so visit the property or ask for a walkthrough before you move in.
